30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Hygiene Note for Earrings
For hygiene reasons, earrings must be returned unworn and in original packaging. Returns showing visible signs of wear may be denied or subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
